Jerry Hodges

I'm a senior full-stack and Web3 engineer, and the founder of Lightspeed Labs. For more than fifteen years I've shipped production software, moving across smart contracts, full-stack web apps, cloud infrastructure, and, lately, AI-augmented products.

These days most of my time goes into Lightspeed Labs, where I build AI products for local service businesses. The first is ReadyRing, an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and captures leads around the clock.

Before that, most of my work was on-chain, and a lot of it moved real value. At Ex Populus (XAI) I worked across the stack: the smart-contract upgrades behind the Tiny Keys epic, the GraphQL subgraphs that indexed the network, and the dashboard operators used day to day. I also launched NFT collections with other creators and built the marketplace they sold on. Across that work, I've handled more than $10M in on-chain value.

There's more in the back catalog. At BestFTSO I helped ship one of the first NFTs and the first NFT marketplace on the Songbird network. As lead engineer on Kings of Rings I built a Polygon trading-card game with on-chain DAO governance. And on the Payments team at RooBet, one of the largest online gaming platforms, I built high-availability crypto and fiat payment infrastructure.

My stack runs from Solidity and the EVM to TypeScript, React and Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and the Anthropic and Claude toolchain. If it touches smart contracts, full-stack product, or AI, I've probably shipped it.
